Hey, There!
I’m Andie.
A Toronto based wellness obsessed personal trainer and nutritionist in training.I can often be found in the kitchen exercising my love for healthy and delicious food by creating and testing new recipes. Moving my body is a non-negeotiable I love variety in my workouts gravitating towards a combination of Pilates and strength training with a side of spin class for some cardio. In the summer my passion for being outdoors and nature takes over and much of my free time is spent hiking, backpacking and camping all across the province. As a single working mother I’ve learned (and often the hard way) that caring for myself and prioritizing my own wellness is the key to being able to show up as my best self in all the things life throws my way.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to wellness, looking at all aspects of nutrition, physical fitness, mental health and overall lifestyle. There is no one sized fits all approach to wellness, we are all unique and the approach taken to find that holistic harmony will be different for everyone. My goal is to inspire you, provide education and guidance as well as tangible tools that you can use to achieve you wellness goals.
